Our Customer Service is the corner stone of our business since establishing ZIMMER Machinery America in 1985 in Spartanburg, SC. We are working hard every day 24/7 to give the best prices for parts and the best follow up services that our valuable customers require.

ZIMMER America supplies spare parts and service for all machinery of all our principals represented by Zimmer past or present and sold and installed by Zimmer America in USA or CANADA as well as for selected other machine brands and pre-owned machines. Service has been expanded into MEXICO and CENTRAL AMERICA.

We have partnered with ELAD Textile Parts of the NETHERLANDS to service exclusively the North American STORK customer base with a the complete range of high quality spare parts for STORK rotary screen printing machines and other STORK machines.

We are looking forward servicing all customers in USA and CANADA, MEXICO and CENTRAL AMERICA.
